In keeping with The Wilderness Experience, the Historic Cabins do not have telephones or TV’s, just a real relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy outdoor activities and evening campfire fun without modern distractions. However, Wi Fi is available for computer use. Cell phone service is only by AT&T and the Store has a public cell phone. All cabins are equipped for housekeeping. Bedding and towels can be exchanged in the Store.

Two Bedroom Stone Housekeeping Cabins
Cabins 15*, 17, 18, 19, 20 & 21: Two Bedroom Housekeeping cabins for 5 people (6 max)
These popular unique Historic Stone Cabins feature a living room area and fireplace with a beautifully hand crafted Juniper Mantel, a futon, tile floors and a dining room table for 5.
The full kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with an oven, refrigerator, tiled sink counter and all necessary items for cooking and dining. Bedrooms have a full bed in one and two twins in the other with all bedding and towels provided.
The cabin has solar lighting (no plug-ins) and a gas heater. There is an inside toilet. Firewood is delivered daily for the fireplace or an outdoor campfire. A large outside picnic table and chairs are provided. For private room baths and showers, use of the Hot Springs bathhouse & spa is a short distance away.
*Note cabin 15 only differs from the other 2 bedroom cabins in that it has just one large bedroom with 1 double and 2 twin beds, resort generator lighting, and is $199 for 4 people (5 max)
One Bedroom Stone Housekeeping Cabins
Cabins 14 & 23: One Bedroom W/kitchen Stone Housekeeping Cabins for 2 people (3 max)
These Historic cabins have a full kitchen with a futon in the kitchen. Electric lighting is by the resort generator (but no plug-ins). The bedroom has a double bed and wall heater. There is a flush toilet, hot water sink and a shower with a complete assortment of towels and toiletries. Outside there’s large picnic table, a fire pit/grill for a campfire or Bar-B-Q use.
One Room Housekeeping Cabins
Cabins 8, 9 & 10: One Room Wood Frame Family Cabins for 1- 4 people (max 5) are furnished with one double and a twin bunk bed. Only the double bed is furnished with bedding, so bring the kids sleeping bags for the twin beds. The cabins have an inside flush toilet and hot water sink (no shower); towels and toiletries are furnished and an inside table & chairs for four.
$155 per night for 4 people
Cabins 2, 3 & 4: One Room Kitchenette Cabins for only 1- 2 people (no extra people) are furnished with one queen bed, table & chairs for two, flush toilet, sink and shower. Towels, bedding & soaps provided. The kitchenette includes a 2 burner stove, sink, small refrigerator. The cabins have an outside picnic table and fire pit with a grill for a campfire or for Bar-B-Q use. The cabins have regular resort generator electricity for lighting (but no plugins) and a gas wall heater.
$169 per night for 2 people
Cabins 1 & 24: The One Room Stone Cabins for 1- 2 people (3 max.) have one double bed and one twin bed with all bedding, towels and toiletries furnished. There is a Table & chairs for 2. They have a flush toilet and hot water sink (no shower, private room showers at the bathhouse). The cabins have regular resort generator electricity for lighting (no plugins) and a gas wall heater.
There is no kitchen, but there’s a nice area outside the cabin with a picnic table and fire pit/ grill if you wish to do some cooking: Just bring your own ice chest, camp stove, cooking wares, plates (paper plates are best) & utensils etc. and cook outside just like you are camping and enjoy a campfire in the evening.
$155 per night for 2 people
Cabins 11 & 12: These one room wood frame cabins for 1- 2 people (3max.) have one double bed and one twin bed with all the bedding, towels and toiletries furnished. They have a flush toilet, hot water sink and shower.
Cabin 11 has solar lighting and cabin 12 has regular resort generator electricity for lighting (no plugins) and a gas wall heater. Both cabins have a table & chairs for 2. There’s no kitchen, but outside, the cabins have a nice area with a large picnic table and firepit/grill for outdoor cooking and a campfire: Just bring your own ice chest, camp stove, cooking wares, plates (paper plates are best) & utensils if you wish to cook outside.
Resort Hot Springs Bathhouse and Spa
Use of Resort Hot Springs Bathhouse and Spa is included with all historic cabins.
All cabins are housekeeping: please clean the cabin reasonably well and wash all dishes, etc. before leaving. Also, it is important to vacate your cabin by 10:30 AM.
Cabin Electrical Outlets: Since the resort is in a remote area dependent on it’s own electrical generator, all cabins are without electrical outlets, only electric lighting is provided by either solar or the resort generator. However, the General Store has a secure charging station for computers, cell phones etc.
3 Night Minimum Stay: Weekend stays may be ok before June 10th or after October 1. Shorter stays may be possible depending upon availability. Please call for more information at (559) 325-1710
Deposit: A $450 deposit per week or the full amount is required if less than $450. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Pet Policy and fees: We are dog friendly; however, barkers and dogs that may bite for any reason are not allowed. Pets are not permitted in the cafe, store, or on the bathhouse and spa area. Assistance dogs are exempt. Guest must pick up their dogs business with plastic bags and dispose in trash containers. All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the cabin; pets are not allowed on beds, futons etc. Pet fee is $16 per day per pet with a 2 dog limit. Additional fees will be assessed for any pet damages or excessive cleaning incurred.
Electronic Music: In keeping with the serene Wilderness atmosphere, no electronic devices are allowed to be played on resort property except inside cabins at a level that will not disturb other guests.
Extra people: An additional fee of $14 per person per night will be charged over the recommended capacity.
Check in/Out time: Check out time is before 10:30 AM. Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Cabins are held open one day (until 2 PM) after intended arrival.
Cancellations: If a cabin cancellation is at least 14 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 14 days, but before 24 hours of the arrival date, will receive a credit certificate of 25% of the deposit for another cabin reservation. Reservations made a calendar year in advance may be subject to a price increase.
Regarding late arrivals or early departures, guests are responsible for the full number of days reserved and, we cannot be responsible for acts of nature, emergencies, illness, personal injuries or any other situations not under our control that prevent you from using your reservation.

No tents are allowed anywhere on resort property.
Absolutely no electric generators are allowed on resort property.

Season: The usual season is from May 15th to November 1st. The resort may open sooner or later depending upon winter snowfall and melt-off.
